Cubes Self Storage was created in 2007 by three guys who - yes, it's true - genuinely like storage. What's more, they've liked it for decades, as all three have been in the business since before most people even knew it was a business. But there's something they enjoy even more than the business itself, and that's making certain that 100% of their customers have a good experience at Cubes.
Dan Nixon feels right at home in Utah, and for good reason - it is home. He grew up, got married and raised a family all within a few miles of Salt Lake City. Over the past 15 years, Dan has added many of the state's finest properties to the Salt Lake City storage map, and he continues to own and manage them. While that might satisfy the storage appetite of most people, not so for Dan - he has recently served as president of the Utah Self Storage Association.
When it comes to self storage, Jim Kane has seen it all - or at least most of it. He has managed entire regions for a national storage company, and owned and managed mini-storage facilities in Atlanta. His CPA background gives him a clear picture of the financial side of the business, but the truth is he much prefers spending time with people than with numbers.
For nearly 20 years, Mike Rowe played a key role in building a national storage company and helped launch its operations in Europe. He knows the storage business inside and out, and has a special knack for its financial, real estate and operating sides. Mike genuinely enjoys all the challenges and rewards the storage industry presents, and looks forward to making a positive difference in Salt Lake City.
