The storage unit I’m moving out of is horrific where Cubes is luxury. Everything feels extremely secure, very clean, safe, well lit and well set up. The units appear perfect for if you have delicate things to store. It feels like they care that you have a positive experience. The moving truck on site that you can rent is super convenient. I love that they have frequent pest control because a large portion of my things have been destroyed at my old place by rats. The prices are reasonable and they’re accommodating about rental raises. Really appreciated the move in special since moving is going to cost me. The location is a little tricky to get in and out of during heavy traffic so avoid those times. The best part is Jeremy who manages the place. He is amazing! Such a super nice person and really bends over backwards to make sure everything is exactly how you’d like and you’re happy with every detail. Very thorough and runs a tight ship. It’s actually reassuring going there alone knowing he’s got his eye on things (another thing about my old place is not feeling safe when there and never knowing the staff or if they were even present). He’s a big part of why I felt really happy when I left after signing up about this next phase in life, knowing I picked the right place instead of the nightmare I’ve been dealing with. Unpacking my old unit and seeing how bad the damage is will be so hard but it helps knowing I’m transitioning to so much better. Used this facility for about a year and couldn't have been happier with it. Loved the year long price lock, everywhere else I saw in the area had price hikes, sometimes multiple times per year. I've used several storage unit companies recently and in the past. Several things make Cubes stand out. First is their availability of sizes greater than 10x10. I ended up renting a 10x15, which allows me to close out two smaller storage units. The monthly price is higher than some others I've seen, but the first two months are half off, the price is guaranteed never to rise in a year, and they guarantee that established customers will never pay more than new customers. That's amazing! Top it off with state-of-the-art security, free use of their moving truck, and some of the friendliest staff ever. So far I have had the best experience with this storage company and it’s staff. I made a reservation easily online and stopped in to finalize and get my unit. The experience was really awesome overall, both staff members were really knowledgeable. The process always seems like it could be confusing, but they both answered every question we had and made it super simple. Jeremy is super helpful and went beyond to get me set up with the truck and storage. Everyone there is great.

Pros: very secure, heated, motion activated lights in individual units, free use of a box truck for move in! Con: a key pad is the only access method. (No key cards) You must enter a 10 character code: once to get into the parking area, a second time to access the lobby where the carts are located, a third time to access the elevator, a fourth time to return your cart and a fifth time to leave the premises.

I had a unit here for 5 months. This was my first time using self storage and I'm so glad I chose Cubes in Covington. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean facility, affordable, safe, and secure. Highly recommended!

Feindly staff very helpful

I rented a unit from Cube in an emergency while making a long distance move. Andrew and Jeremy were wonderful to work with! Each of them were thoughtful, kind, courteous and professional every step of the way. Although I only needed the unit for less than 2 weeks, the free moving truck and friendly staff was worth everything. The units are clean, secure, and even with renting a second floor unit, I never felt inconvenienced in any way. I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you Jeremy and Andrew for everything!!

I am so glad I chose Cubes for my storage needs. We sold our house and rented their 10x25 unit to fit all of the stuff that used to be in a 3-bedroom house. We chose Cubes over other storage facilities because we saw how secured their place was. You can’t enter the gate without a code. After entering the gate, you have to enter the code again to use the elevator. We rented the unit from June to November and we never had any issues. Andrew also provided exceptional customer service. He was always there for us. There was another guy but I forgot his name. He was also great! Everyone in that facility was nice and helpful. They were also flexible - we had to check out in the middle of the month and they let us pay just for the 2 weeks we went over instead of the whole month. I would definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommended! Thank you, Cubes!

I absolutely love Cubes Self Storage of Covington. The place is so neat and clean, safe, and secure. There are cameras all over the place! You need an access key code to get through the gate, as well as every door and the elevator. Climate controlled on top of everything else. Couldn’t ask for anymore. I was lucky enough to have Andrew help me set up a storage unit for me. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. In the middle of my move, I realized my original unit was going to be too small. I reached out to Andrew and he was more than happy to set me up in a larger unit. It worked out perfectly. He also set me up on auto-pay, so I don’t have to worry about paying the bill each month. I needed a place for our things while we transitioned out of our rental (but didn’t have a new place to live yet). Cubes had the best deal (by far) on the 10x30 I needed. The staff was super helpful, thorough and explained every detail of their buildings, security, billing, and where to find things (restrooms, dolly carts, etc). The facility is super clean, secure, and easy in and out with a 16’ moving truck. The use of their own moving truck is really convenient, too!
