Customer Reviews

I appreciate the climate control and the covered loading area. Between that and the indoor storage units themselves, this makes loading and unloading very convenient. The place is kept very clean. Management is friendly too, as a nice bonus.

I investigated a number of self-storage places in Kirkland but went with Cubes because it's indoors, climate-controlled, and immaculately clean. Besides the storage units themselves being inside, I like that the loading area is covered, which makes the entire experience sheltered from rain -- a big deal in the Seattle area! Having a truck available is also a great convenience; I've used it a couple of times, including a freebie they include when renters are moving in their stuff initially. Friendly staff too.

We had a great experience with this storage facility. The units are clean and secure, and having access to the on-site moving truck was a huge convenience. Angel, the associate manager, was incredibly helpful and made everything easy.

I've used many storage units in the past. Cubes Kirkland is by far the cleanest, nicest, seemingly secure facility I have ever used. The women at the front desk, Angel and Mercedes, are awesome. In the world where you're always expecting to hear 'No. You can't.', Mercedes and Angel go out of their way to make things work. I wouldn't use any other storage unit over cubes. I wish I had known of them earlier.

I had a fantastic experience with Cubes Self Storage in Kirkland. Everyone was incredibly courteous, helpful, and responsive, providing timely information whenever I needed it. They were also more than happy to show me around the facility multiple times and answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The facility itself is very clean, well maintained, and climate controlled, which gave me a lot of confidence storing my belongings there. One thing I especially appreciated was being able to use their moving truck for free to move my belongings into the storage unit. That is such a thoughtful and genuinely useful service to offer customers, and it made the whole moving process considerably easier. A special shout-out to Angel (we both love the green candy! ?) and Merceddez for being so friendly and making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I honestly can't recommend Cubes Self Storage Kirkland enough. Excellent facility, excellent service, and people who genuinely seem to care about their customers.

Easy/smooth service and friendly staff

By far the best storage facility I've experienced. Owners are helpful and communicative, facility is incredibly clean, well maintained, and most importantly, security is paramount. Access is easy, temperature is well controlled and there are always plenty of carts to help move things in and out. The van they have for use is absolutely awesome, and I've had zero worries keeping my things stored here. Also tons of supplies available for purchase making it really convenient. Highly recommend!

Excellent facility! Excellent service! If you’re looking for a clean, secure, and friendly storage facility this is your place. They have moving Van and plenty of carts available for use. Reasonable priced!

I’ve used the free truck rental twice now and I really appreciate it! Really great perk!

I've been a longtime tenant of Cubes in Kirkland. Their facility is top-notch with easy and secure access, and I've always found their staff to be friendly and helpful.

My experience with the staff at Cubes was OUTSTANDING. Would encourage anyone in Kirkland to make use of this hidden treasure.

Best experience storage unit, highly recommend! Clean and safe facilities, organized staff and fair prices.

My roommate and I were having a hard time finding a storage unit that felt safe and secure, so I’m really glad we found Cube Storage in downtown Kirkland. The space feels secure, the climate-controlled units are great, and the people who helped me get my keys were kind, communicative, and easy to work with. I don’t regret choosing Cube Storage for my things at all, and I’d definitely recommend giving them a chance.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We have two units and the units and common areas are clean and well maintained.

Cubes is an excellent storage facility. From the prompt and excellent service provided by Angel to the clean and dependable storage units, it’s a top-notch choice. The convenient location, right off the freeway exit and in a safe area is a great benefit as well. We particularly appreciate the complimentary move-in truck rental and the friendly staff. Overall, we highly recommend Cubes!

Recently rented a storage unit at the Kirkland location and have had an amazing customer service experience from start to finish. Their employees go above and beyond - highly recommend!

Mercedezz and Angel were so helpful! They were professional and efficient. The unit we rented was clean and had easy access. Elevator prompts were clear. They have cameras everywhere which makes me feel safe if I have to come after hours. Ample and spacious parking. Building and hallways were spotless. Thank you!

It’s about 2 years that I have a Storage unit at this location, I never forget how Mercedes was so welcoming and nice!! Angel and Mercedes are wonderful to work with, they do their best to make things happens, It’s a very safe Storage, with Codes and locks, and security cameras everywhere, Plus climate control system, They also have a free truck that we can reserve and use, ✨? I do recommend this Company to everyone specially Kirkland location to everyone!!

This facility is super intuitive, well kept, and the staff are professional and accomidating. The rental truck is a huge help as well. Highky recommended.

The cleanest storage facility I’ve ever been to. The staff is super helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable. Been renting for a few months now and transitioning to a bigger unit was quick and easy. Love that it’s climate controlled and very secure!

I highly recommend using Cubes Self Storage. The area is clean, secure, and easy to use. They have carts to use which I find extremely useful and convenient. A bonus too is their moving truck. It has been a good experience using Cubes.

Angle was very helpful! The facility is very secure, clean and we felt extremely comfortable storing our personal items with them.

Just finished a year renting a 10X10 unit. Clean well kept facility with a pleasant staff. Would definitely recommend Cube Self Storage in Kirkland. Eric

This place is great. Friendly staff, clean secure facility, and you get a free four hour truck rental when you rent with them! 10/10

The customer service was great and efficient!! Thanks to the Mercedes for all the help and patience

I had a unit at Cubes in Kirkland for several years, and it was a great experience. I enjoyed the indoor aspect, never had issues with climate control, my stuff was kept safe and damage-free the whole time. There were periodic rent increases, but that’s standard and they always came with plenty of notice. Nice to have restrooms available, large flat bed push carts, and the truck! Would recommend.

I’ve stored my things at Cube Storage in Kirkland for two years and couldn’t be happier. The location is convenient with plenty of parking, including a covered garage that’s perfect on rainy days. The facility is always spotless and feels very safe, even at night, and I really appreciated the free truck rental when moving in. The staff are friendly, helpful, and make the whole experience easy. Highly recommend!

Cubes Self Storage in Kirkland is an excellent business. They are well run, and the staff (Mercedes and Angel) are so friendly and helpful. I love that the facility is temperature controlled, and it was the perfect option for us as we were selling our home and needed a place to store the clutter! To access your storage you are under cover which is fantastic for the Seattle/Kirkland area. Highly recommend!

I have two units here, one for hone and one for work. Clean, well controlled climate, no pests.

Amazing experience renting and great moving truck for getting everything into storage. A couple of the most friendly people I have ever dealt with at any business. They were willing to walk me through everything, showed how rates barely increased over last few years, and help me when I failed to open the door right haha. Got a 10x10 unit. Love that it's elevated and climate controlled. Inspected the whole area and didn't see any signs of an ant let alone any more worrisome pests. Extremely secure and clean.

I had a rough experience using a storage place in Kirkland, so I sought out a new storage facility and Cubes was highly recommended. I can easily see why, the staff goes above and beyond to provide assistance, the space is great and very clean, and they offer truck use for when you’re moving in. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This storage facility is really the best of the best!! The facility is just amazing and very clean! I can’t thank the staff enough here! They really go above and beyond! They’ve been so helpful as I live in California. I highly recommend this facility along with the staff!

Our company rented a storage unit from Cubes in Kirkland for several years. We always found the front desk staff to be helpful and accommodating. The building itself is secure, clean, and well-lit. We had no problems at all in the years we had a unit and moving out was very smooth; they even let us use the truck for free for several hours! Would definitely recommend 10/10.

Awesome place. Good location. Staff super friendly. They even gave me free gas for the FREE rental truck they have at the facility.

I love Cubes Storage in Kirkland. The people that work there, especially Angel and Mercedes are very nice and helpful. From the first moment Angle helped me pick out my storage unit or when I needed supplies for moving, there were both extremely friendly and accommodating. Oh, and they even have a truck to use for free (gas only) which helped me with my local move in Kirkland. I highly recommend Kirkland Cubes storage! Great People!

I had such a great experience with Angel today. I booked a storage unit at Public Storage and found it musty & moldy and had to quickly pivot with paid movers waiting on me. Not only was I able to great a much cleaner space, they have a loaner moving van as well so I was able to save $50+ on a uHaul. So grateful ??

Was super happy with our decision to go with cubes when storing our stuff. The front desk was super helpful with any questions and accommodating any changes we had to our contract. The climate control made us feel good that our stuff would remain in good condition and they it super easy to move in. Also felt really secure. Highly recommend

Amazing! The two ladies at the front desk are incredible! I got my unit in less than half an hour with a tour of the facility and they let me use the box truck quick and easy! It’s climate controlled and very well lit, plus it is super clean and easy to access. It is way better than my old storage unit! I cannot rate it high enough!

This place is clean. The people are friendly. The free truck ( up to 8 hours use) is well maintained. Price was good and very organised.

Helpful staff. Clean, secure storage. What a pleasant storage experience while we needed it between moves.

Easy to use for staging as we moved and looked for new place to live. The temperature is kept comfortable thru the seasons so it wasn't as gross as other places like outdoor storage places. I packed a few boxes each week and dropped them off. Switching to a larger unit when I needed too was also easy.

Excellent facility. Secure and accessible. Helpful staff.

The staff at the facility are wonderful and helpful. The cleanliness and security provide a level of comfort that my belongings are safe and secure. I would highly recommend them to those individuals looking for a place to store your possessions.

Clean, staffed with very helpful and pleasant staff, easy access, free 4 hours of a moving van! What's not to love? ... a bit pricey, is the only drawback, but then, you get what you pay for. An update 8 mo. later: still very happy with this place. My stuff has remained very clean, it's very easy to access, and the supplies they sell for moving are excellent. 5 stars that keep on shining.

my husband and I rented a unit here for about two months. The team was very kind. Location was great and thumbs up all around. 5stars

What makes a self-storage place awesome is clean, well-lit, accessible locations AND amazing customer service. We've found both at this Cube Storage location. The customer service is amazing - there are 2 members of staff there most times, and a huge moving van that you can borrow. The staff was particularly accommodating when we needed a van outside the typical move-in window when it's free. This shows this place appreciates that long term profit is an outcome of stellar focus on customer needs!

Angel and Mercedes went above and beyond to offer assistance today. I have rented for more than 1 year here. The facility is secure, well lit and very clean; there’s been no sign of pests at all. Thank you for being helpful!!

Pleased with Cubes Self Storage. Thank you Angel and Mercedes for the wonderful service.

Signed up today… Great personal service & solid pricing. Check out Cubes for Kirkland storage need.

Cubes storage in kirkland - renting storage space here was a breeze. Customer service experience was exceptional. Mercedezz and Angel were professional and kind. As you walk in the office, you will notice the multiple camera angles from a large monitor - gives you peace of mind. The office was clean and there were ample moving supplies. The storage unit we rented was clean and was easy access to the entrance. The lock mechanism was robust - no padlocks. You are given 3 keys which is a plus. The hallways were clean and well lit. Elevators were huge and keypad access was intuitive and secure. There were dollies and carts available. Also, they gave us free use of the moving truck for 4 hours. We were able to see the space, pay our bill, and purchase supplies within 30 minutes. Thank you Mercedezz and Angel for taking care of us and our needs.

I had a positive experience with Mercedes and Angel. The storage facility was well-maintained. I highly recommend their services.

Very helpful staff. Clean, Dry, Secure,Climate controlled storage. We started with two large units as we were between residences. Down to one after moving and great stuff still secure in Kirkland.

Easy move in, great facility, clean, secure, and the person working the morning I singed up (Mercedes) was very nice and helpful.

Mercedezz at Cubes self storage in Kirkland made my first time renting a storage unit an excellent experience. She patiently explained all storage options as well as a tour. This facility is super clean and has lots of security measures in place. They have multiple cameras, passcodes needed to access the elevators/building, lots of flat beds to help you move in/out and for me the best benefit was the use of a moving van for 4 hours for FREE. (License and car insurance needed) The office also sells a wide variety of moving supplies.

Adrian was awesome! Great team super helpful. Safe and clean facility! Highly recommend!

Have had such great experiences here- helpful, friendly, patient staff. Super secure and clean facilities in a nice area. Loading area is easy to navigate and covered from the rain. Moving is normally stressful, dealing with all the logistics is hard- but these people took burdens off my shoulders and put a smile on my face. I left lighter than when I went in. Highly recommend!

Great experience. The staff was so helpful and nice. Definitely recommend.

The staff make this storage facility rate a 5 star review. BTW…. It’s super clean and accessable. Best value for this type of business.

Hands down the greatest storage experience I’ve ever had in my entire existence!!!!! The helpful staff were the best!!

Went in a few days ago to rent an additional unit for my ever changing needs. Received a warm welcome from Adrienne and she didn’t hesitate to assist me. She even went as far as checking to see what internet specials were going and saved me 50% off my first month! All the employees I’ve encountered at Cubes in Kirkland are always happy to help. That coupled with the very convenient location is why I’ve stored with them for over 5 years.

Miss Adrienne and Mercedezz are the BEST! I was tasked with clearing out old company records and those two wonderful ladies were so helpful! They were very accommodating with my numerous boxes for shredding even after I filled their bins (oops ?) The facility itself is very clean and very secure with flexible hours for access! If you need self storage, Cubes is the place for you!!!

I love the Cubes in Kirkland! I've had two units here and one in SLC for the past 7 years. I've never had an issue with them. The place is spotless and the staff is awesome! The location is perfect. Adrienne and Mercedezz are awesome, helpful and engaged. They keep the place spotless and help out any way they can. I rarely post reviews, but with service as it can be these days, these folks get my respect and appreciation.

These people are outstanding! Adrienne Jones and Mecedezz Rodgers went above and beyond to accommodate I and my wife's needs. The facility is clean and has a restroom, the parking lot has a covered loading and unloading areaa, which was great since it was hailing. We love the security features and hospital sized elevators (which made moving stuff with the carts easy!). There are lots of carts and provide a free moving truck!

Cubes was fantastic! Wonderful customer service, super clean and safe storage! They even have a box truck to rent if needed. Would definitely do business with them again!

We have used Cube Storage for the past year and have always found the staff courteous and helpful. We love the heated building interior, the secure facility, and all the cameras for surveillance. The use of their trolleys, moving carts and truck definitely helped us when we needed it. I highly recommend this place.

We have been customers over two years and our experience has been exceptional. From the courteous staff, to the super clean and safe facility, Cubes delivers. We like the extra convenience of onsite shredding and truck availability that saves us time and money. Mercedes and her team are great to work with and super responsive. A+++

Mercedes was very friendly, informative and helpful with our recent move and transition to a new storage unit. The facility is always clean and has great lighting...very secure and easy to move in and out of. Highly recommend.

We had a great onboarding experience with Mercedeez and Jeremy! They were extremely friendly, knowledgable, and made the process smooth end to end. Unlike most other storage facilities, the onsite box truck is helpful for local moves with large items!

Friendship, helpful staff. Clean facility.

Quick and easy process. The truck rental was convenient. Plenty of available dollies and clear easy access to storage units. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

Great facility and staff! They also let you use a moving truck for free

Fantastic experience with this company while staying in the Kirkland area a few years ago. Highly recommended!!

Qubes Self Storage in Kirkland is fantastic! Very easy to rent, free van first month to help with moving and terrific people. Also, units and facilities are very clean. Highly recommend.

Mercedezz was next level and extremely helpful! I HIGHLY recommend renting a spot here. Cubes Kirkland and Mercedezz will make you feel like family. And the storage units are very clean, safe and secure!

Jason and team have been awesome. I've been a customer for over a year and they have been super helpful and even let me shred small amounts of sensitive paper for free.

Great service at Cubes Kirkland! Staff is responsive to requests and facility is well maintained, clean and well lighted.

Cubes Self Storage in Kirkland continues to delight us!! They have served our needs for over six years! This is a well run business with customer service at their core. They care about you and every interaction demonstrates that. A recent issue regarding a lost lock and key was quickly remedied late on a Sunday afternoon thanks to Jason! He was super helpful, sympathetic to our situation, and found a quick solution! If you haven’t considered Cubes, it’s time to stop in and experience it for yourself!!

Edit: "Since my last post, I needed some temporary storage. I didn't even give a second thought to reaching out to anyone besides Andrew at Cubes Kirkland. I was nothing short of impressed with the attentiveness and respect that exudes from this team/establishment. Utilized the free rental truck, and they made my move in/move out as painless as the last 3 times I have rented from them. Should needs arise again, I will ALWAYS return here! Keep up the stellar work, team! Jeremy, your guys deserve a raise!?" I cannot speak highly enough of the manager, Jeremy, and his team. I had the pleasure of working with both Jeremy and their newest asset, Andrew. I have stored here between residences on multiple occasions. Their FREE box truck on move-in, covered loading area, and secure elevator are absolute lifesavers. I would not hesitate to utilize, or recommend, this facility again in the future. Thank you again Jeremy and Andrew!

Cubes self storage is a fantastic facility! The facility does a great job with several security measures to ensure everyone feels safe while there and that their units are safe. All the staff is very welcoming and Jason is so helpful with any questions or requests you may have. Cubes storage is also VERY clean and my unit stayed clean and dust free while being there. One major plus of this storage facility is the ability to rent their box truck, plus you get 4 hours complimentary just by having a storage unit with them! Definitely recommend using Cubes Self Storage!!

Cubes Self Storage in Kirkland is an amazing storage facility! We have been renters for one year and I am reminded every time I go to the building just how wonderful this place is. It is very clean, well maintained, well lit, extremely secure and very organized. I can always find a dolly or cart when I need one and feel safe when I am there. If you can't find the staff in the office, just walk around and you will come across them helping someone or cleaning. We have rented storage units in the past and nothing compares to the great experience we have had here. Jason, the manager, is extremely personable and professional. He and the other staff members are very attentive and friendly. We had a very complicated move out and they were extremely helpful and patient with us and our movers. They went above and beyond for us and I will be forever grateful to them. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Insulated and neat storage spaces Has good height compared to other storages Note Dont forget to take a measuring tape while you go in. We had a 10x10 (Its not exactly 10x10) It will be few inches less The prices may be comparitively similar or high than nearby storages but these are neat and secured There is a Storage van for 4 hrs free which is very good for moving. Its not like uhaul. Its like a upgraded rv with all features and is so neat and great. The elevator has a unique code which is great for security purposes

Great customer service by both Andrew and Matt at Kirkland Cubes!

The past 4 years at Cubes was my best storage unit facility experience I've ever had. The place is immaculately well kept and clean. Parking is never a problem and is underneath a roof so rain isn't an issue. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility for anybody's storage needs.

The staff at Cubes Storage were incredibly helpful and accommodating when trying to figure out a plan for moving furniture. It's really nice having people on-site to answer any questions if accessing your unit during business hours. Also, their location is so convenient if you are living in downtown Kirkland! Highly recommend!

Great experience with Cubes! The staff is super friendly and informative, the storage is clean, secure and very easy to access. The free loaner truck is a perfect size and a great perk. Their pricing is surprisingly competitive for the location and quality of the storage unit - hands down the best units I found in the area for the best price. Highly recommended!

Cubes storage was so easy to work with! The people there were so helpful and answered every question. They cared about taking care of me and my needs. The space is very clean and neat… I feel very safe leaving my belongings there. They also let you borrow a moving truck for free when moving your stuff there! am happy I picked Cubes Kirkland for my storage needs.

Cubes is an excellent storage facility. It is is very clean, well-lighted, key pad security features, and cameras. Great covered area for loading and unloading.

Very clean and professional. Great service.

Cubes Kirkland is very clean, well-lighted, new, great security features, and managed well by Jeremy! Great place for storage, a world of difference compared to other alternatives.

Jeremy is great to work with and I appreciate his sincerity and helpfulness in dealing with an old lady.

Awesome service, very clean and safe. Highly recommend!

My experience with the Cubes Self Storage in Kirkland was flawless. The front office was friendly and efficient, the facility and my 5x10 locker were clean and easy to access, and the loaner truck was perfect for my needs. They also picked a great location for this Kirkland site—I won’t shop around next time I need storage space, I’ll just go straight back to this Cubes place.

Awesome staff! Getting the unit and closing it was super fast and easy! Everything is very clean and secure! Lots of carts to make moving easy and covered area is a plus! Highly recommend!

Jeremy and Tyler were extremely friendly and helpful. They got me setup with a unit, worked me through all the details and got me the moving truck very efficiently. The truck was very clean, AC worked amazing for a hot day and it drove great. I’m happy it’s located right downtown Kirkland and will for sure use them for all storage needs in the future.

Super Excellent service...!!! Clean and Jeremy is a great represent-or of this company ...!!! Thank you

I rented a 10x5 from cubes for 14 months, and a 5x5 for 4 months. Their customer service is top notch. The facility also feels very safe, secure, and well maintained. I visited several other local facilities, and while Cubes wasn't the cheapest, it was by far the best for me.

We love the clean, secure, and convenient location of Cubes, Kirkland. But more than that we love the super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Jeremy is a special joy to interact with! He should be training staff everywhere on how to do customer service the right way! Kudos to the owners of Cubes, Kirkland for having a truly superior business! ?

Cubes Storage is a fantastic, very safe, clean and easy to use facility. No matter what time I have come, I have always felt safe, I know my belongs are secure and are protected and it is very convenient for me to access what I need. Also the team who works here, especially Jeremy, are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I get the help and support I need. Would use them over and over again!!

We've now used Cubes twice, once when we moved to the area three years ago and starting again recently. Each time I've found them to be both friendly and professional and I'd highly recommend them. It's clear that they value repeat business and long-term business relationships. Their facility is also really clean, well-lit, and the automated access means you can go almost any time.

After visiting 2 storage facilities that did not meet expectations, I was able to connect in person with Tyler who patiently explained how Cubes facilities worked, then showed me the actual storage units in a couple different sizes. I was able to rent an open unit right away that met my needs, and the whole process took around 30 minutes from the time that I arrived. The following day I returned, and was able to secure the use of the moving truck for 4 hours (included as a one-time benefit for moving in) with the able assistance of Jeremy, who walked me through the process in short order, and was very helpful to us as we shuttled loads into the facility. In short, this has been an excellent experience; the facility is clean, secure, easily accessible, and cost competitive. The staff is friendly and very proactive in helping out with specific needs, and customer service is outstanding.

CUBE storage is the best! Clean facilities, long access hours, and lots of ammenedities that make a convienient location. Added bonus - the crew is incredibly professional. The staff is so helpful they create the feel of small town people in the city.

These guys were amazing from the beginning. Jeremy was extremely helpful and easy to work with. We had to extend our unit and they were totally cool about it. Clean and safe indoor units with music made it a better more productive move.

Great service! Convenient and very comfort conditions in storage. Also you can use free track service when you enrolled. The track is new and drives smooth! All the five stars!

Popped in for some boxes and advice on moving/storing stuff and it was an awesome, friendly experience. I will be back storing some furniture soon. Thank you guys.

Great storage facility, so clean so secure, wouldn't leave it anywhere else. And you shouldn't either. The staff is amazingly friendly and accomodating! 10/10 would store again?

I don’t write many reviews but this place deserves one! The staff is professional, helpful very friendly. The storage spaces are clean and the covered area to unload your items is great. Security and location are fantastic. We recently downsized by half. The process of selecting our unit and signing up was incredibly easy in the midst of all the stress to get things taken care of. They also let us use their truck at no charge to move our things. Highly recommend Cubes Storage.

Great staff, great service. I totally recommend them.

After a four month rental, I moved out of my unit today. It was an all around great experience--a clean, well lighted place for stuff, super convenient location near 85th Street exit on I405, uniformly friendly and helpful staff and strong entry security. The only thing is ... that there IS no other thing. Five boxes ?????

Covered loading area, super secure, climate control storage area, large elevators.

A few months ago, I decided to move to a storage location closer to my office in Kirkland. Since I did not have a recommendation for storage places, I started looking at the Google and Yelp reviews. Reviews for Cubes were generally positive, and when I did a price estimate for same size of storage space it came out to about half of what I was currently paying in Ballard. Not only are those good reasons to choose Cubes as a place to store your things, but the managers of the Kirkland location, Tyler and Jeremy, are always trying to find ways to help and make your life easier. When you drive up, if one of them is not busy helping a customer or fixing something, they will bring out a push cart next to your vehicle and greet you with a friendly hello! Not only that, let me tell you other ways they try to make your life easier. I originally submitted a request for a storage space online, and gave a date that I would be moving in. Of course this date changed, and so a few days before my original move date I received a friendly call from Tyler where I could let him know I was going to have to move about a week later. He said it wasn't a problem, if I needed a bit more they had the unit reserved. When I showed up to tour the location, Tyler had already selected a unit that was nearest to the elevator. I did not even need to ask for this. I had another change of plans on the day I was moving, and I needed to secure a second unit at the last minute, since I would only need the additional storage for a month or two. Jeremy was working that day, and even though it was really close to the time they were closing he was more then happy to help. Luckily I called him in advance, so he had already selected a unit close to my current one, and had some of the paperwork already written up with pricing! Since I was moving alone, he even helped hold the elevator for me! I cannot say enough good things about Cubes as a company or Tyler and Jeremy as managers. They far exceed any other storage company, and many other companies I have to deal with day to day, in how they treat their customers. I hope I never have to find a new storage location! The Kirkland location is fairly new and spectacularly clean as well.

Great service. Clean place.

This is the best self storage facility I've ever used. The staff is super friendly and flexible. They go out of the way to accommodate to our needs. We rented a storage for a month but needed a few additional days and they did it without any issue. In addition, the facility is super organized and clean. I would definitely recommend it for anymore who needs a nice indoor storage with easy access.

I never thought a storage facility would warrant a review, but this place is exceptional. The facility is new, clean, well-lit, and has a covered loading area. It’s also WAY cheaper than any other facility. To top it off, the people who work there are the best. Whenever I pull up, the gentlemen who is working the front desk, Jeremy, sees me coming and brings a cart over to me to see if I need one. Great service!

Brand new facility, free use of moving truck with rental, very secure, top notch customer service!

Way way less expensive than public storage with prices that don't change for the year. Covered parking and loading area for those rainy days. Inside has a great use of space and is climate controlled. Also the security is top notch, the staff are friendly and helpful, and there are restrooms, carts, and drinking fountain. Best storage facility I have ever used!

This is a brand new business in Kirkland so of course is clean and well cared for. Customer Service is the key to any business. At Cubes, Tyler and Jeremy will take very good care of you. They go out of their way to make sure we understand the entry procedures (we were a little slow in learning ) CHEERfully! There are a great variety of sizes (not always the case) the spaces are well lit and climate controlled. The prices are more reasonable than some of the older less cared for spaces we looked at. I am so happy we found them!

I've rented a lot of storage units in a lot of places. Most are fine, a few are bad. Then there's Cubes in Kirkland. They genuinely set the high bar. The facility is new, so that's already a plus; the units are very clean. The facility is climate controlled, which is great not just for my stuff but also for my comfort when I'm rummaging around in my unit in the winter. The large elevators make getting my stuff loaded in or out pretty easy, especially since they provide carts. The security systems is top notch, better than I have seen anywhere else. There are large parking spaces, many of which are covered. I would be very remiss if I did not mention the customer service. Tyler and his team are extremely helpful and courteous. I am confident that you'll have a good experience if you choose these guys for your storage needs.

Great place and excellent customer service.

Great location, very clean and very secure!

Thank you very much for recommending this company. Great service, Friendly folks. I will store all my extras here!! Thanks again Alec

I have never had a better experience with a storage facility than here. You can't go wrong!

Great customer service deserves 5 stars in my book. That’s all I have to say

Great experience. Recommending to all friends!

Excellent service across the board. Really enjoyed speaking with Jeremy. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took care of me in a timely manner. Consider me a lifetime customer

Perfect set up, makes moving easy. Very profesional and nice people.

Brand new, just barely opened. From what I have seen so far this place is awesome. Super secure, free truck use for move-in! Looks like it's going to be top of the line.

This is a brand new storage facility with great prices, options, and friendly employees!

Cube storage was convenient location, very clean and has an added bonus of using a box truck for moving if needed. Great service and I would recommend for your self storage needs.

Im a customer Benjamin Stewart 3016, This is a really good place to storage your belongings, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, definitely telling everyone that this is a great place to storage

This was my first experience with using Cubes. Clean, gated entry, access codes for doors and elevator, truck, carts and dolly available. The manager, Jeremy was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Keith was also very friendly and courteous. Would recommend!

The staff here are awsome.

10 out of 10 very good service

Fantastic experience with this facility so far! Great and accommodating staff! Would highly recommend!

Of all the places that I have rented storage space, and it's been many across the US, this facility and it's staff far exceeds expectations. If I could give a six star review I would! Super clean, well taken care of, and very secure. The staff is the BEST!

The Cubes self storage in Covington is safe, tidy and well run. Jeremy, and his colleagues, are professional, courteous and generous with their time, (orienting a renter-noob).

Hard to think that it’s worth leaving a review for a storage place, but this place is great. The manager was very friendly helpful and got me signed up quickly. The security is fantastic and the individual alarms on each unit make me feel like my stuff is safe. They say they’ve never had a break in and I can see why. Couldn’t be happier.

Keith and Jeremy went above and beyond with every interaction. Exceptional customer service the last 2 years I had this unit. The use of the truck was a bonus and the security of the place was never an issue compared to other storage companies I’ve used in the past. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for short or long term storage unit rentals!

Perfect experience for moving and both employees are highly kind and attentive definitely recommend!

This is a great, secure, and clean storage facility. The rental truck option is so handy! Keith was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for storage facility that truly treats their customers with respect, understanding, care then you will find it in Cubes Self Storage.

The gentleman that helped us was very respectful and thorough, we love the unit and have the free truck was amazing for our move. Would highly recommend

Prime example of how a self-storage facility should be managed. Excellent folks with clean and organized facilities.

Cube’s people are the friendliest and most professional storage personnel I have ever worked with. I have worked with several and will continue to use this one, it’s worth the drive!

Keith was the most respectful, kind, and helpful employee I have ever done business with in the moving/storing community. I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience and it encourages me to recommend this business more. We need more employees like Keith, of the highest order.

I worked with the most understanding team at the Covington location, they were exceptional in every way. In regards to the facility; It was FIRST-RATE. Clean, inside and out, plenty of carts available, and always where they need to be. Definitely recommend them. Thank you Covington Cubes Self Storage.

I am very happy with the costumer service

The rental experience is a pleasant one. Clean facility. Costs are comparable to other storage facilities. They also offer the use of a truck for a week after you sign a rental agreement. We also appreciate the on-site mgmt. They are friendly and are able to answer questions/concerns. We had to stop by yesterday to see about getting a bigger unit. Jeremy was very helpful and showed us a unit that fits our needs and is inside down the hall from the office. We feel safe being there and having our property there. The only problem we have encountered is in the evening. The lights inside automatically come on when it senses movement. However, they go off if you are inside your unit doing something and no movement detected after maybe 10 minutes. It would be nice if lights at the area we are at could stay on until we leave? It is kind of creepy when you are working and it goes dark without warning. Thanks!

The storage unit I’m moving out of is horrific where Cubes is luxury. Everything feels extremely secure, very clean, safe, well lit and well set up. The units appear perfect for if you have delicate things to store. It feels like they care that you have a positive experience. The moving truck on site that you can rent is super convenient. I love that they have frequent pest control because a large portion of my things have been destroyed at my old place by rats. The prices are reasonable and they’re accommodating about rental raises. Really appreciated the move in special since moving is going to cost me. The location is a little tricky to get in and out of during heavy traffic so avoid those times. The best part is Jeremy who manages the place. He is amazing! Such a super nice person and really bends over backwards to make sure everything is exactly how you’d like and you’re happy with every detail. Very thorough and runs a tight ship. It’s actually reassuring going there alone knowing he’s got his eye on things (another thing about my old place is not feeling safe when there and never knowing the staff or if they were even present). He’s a big part of why I felt really happy when I left after signing up about this next phase in life, knowing I picked the right place instead of the nightmare I’ve been dealing with. Unpacking my old unit and seeing how bad the damage is will be so hard but it helps knowing I’m transitioning to so much better. Cubes owners - please keep Jeremy as long as he’ll stay and treat him very well. He’s a gem

Jeremy is impeccably friendly is accommodating. Glad to have him working the desk! The storage units are clean and secure. I almost never see anyone else around.

Used this facility for about a year and couldn't have been happier with it. Loved the year long price lock, everywhere else I saw in the area had price hikes, sometimes multiple times per year. Jeremy, the store manager, went above and beyond to help us out- great guy! Whole place was clean, quiet and seemed secure. Highly recommend!

What a great experience! Safe and secure and great people who work on site. They go above and beyond ...needed a truck rental for a short amount of time and they came through when we were pretty desperate. Highly recommend!

Rented out the box truck. Jeremy was awesome to work with! Very helpful and easy to work with. Overall a great experience.

Awesome storage facility that is modern, secure, well lit and with easy access to load and unload. Plus, the store manager is really nice, knows everything about the facility, and makes it easy to get setup. The whole process was easy and I got exactly what I needed, so highly recommend it.

Clean Secured Friendly Environment positive Staff For Sure A Wow

Price lock guarantee for a whole year! and it's month to month lease. You can't beat that! The last place I rented raised the price every 3 to 4 months. Not Cubes! Glad I made the switch to here!

The associate was extremely helpful in finding us the best options and worked very quickly to make the process convenient.

Just rented my first storage unit and so far have had an excellent experience! Jeremy is so sweet and explained everything to me and walked the entire facility with me and showed me how to get to my unit. Such nice people working here and the facility is so clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

I've used several storage unit companies recently and in the past. Several things make Cubes stand out. First is their availability of sizes greater than 10x10. I ended up renting a 10x15, which allows me to close out two smaller storage units. The monthly price is higher than some others I've seen, but the first two months are half off, the price is guaranteed never to rise in a year, and they guarantee that established customers will never pay more than new customers. That's amazing! Top it off with state-of-the-art security, free use of their moving truck, and some of the friendliest staff ever. Jeremy and Keith impressed me with their professionalism and generosity.

This place is first class all the way! I have used the Cubes Storage facilities for about 2 years now. I have always been impressed with the kind and professional staff at Cubes in Covington. The company also offers renters use of their very own moving truck, as well as on-site push carts. My experience at Cubes has been amazing. If you are looking for a great place to store your belongings, look no further than Cubes Storage in Covington.

Hands down one of the best facilities and companies for storage needs! Not only is the place well kept in cleanliness but also comes with a professional and friendly staff including both Jeremy and Keith. If you’re like me and need a little more room for storing extra stuff (either short term or long term), look no further than Cubes Self Storage ?

I feel safe storing my belongings here. Facility is clean and secure. A+ customer service from the staff too.

So far I have had the best experience with this storage company and it’s staff. I made a reservation easily online and stopped in to finalize and get my unit. I was helped by the locations manager Jeremy and he was unbelievably nice and very helpful. The facility is nice and new and accessible and I would highly recommend recommend Cubes self storage!

I have nothing but great things to say about Cubes. Jeremy provided outstanding service from beginning to end!!

Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. Keith is great

My experience with Jeremy and Keith has been terrific! I am a new tenant (Dana), but they have more so helpful to me and patient at every turn from my initial introduction to helping me with the storage, keys, truck and Jeremy checking in on me as he was closing up. I really appreciate their care, concern and professionalism. So glad to be doing business with them! Dana Laverty

Cube Self Storage Covington, staff was helpful with every question we had and great guy to speak with also. Highly recommend!

Jeremy was tremendously helpful and the unit location is perfect. Thank you.

I had a great experience renting out a storage unit at Cubes Self Storage. Both Jeremy and Keith were extremely friendly and made the renting process very easy. The units are very clean and the move in process was very easy. If you need to rent a storage unit I would highly recommend Cubes Self Storage.

This place is absolutely amazing, the communication is on par as well as the customer service. We have used the moving truck twice now for little moves in town and the price is so reasonable!! We love this place and highly recommend them to all! Everything is done in an efficient timely manner!

Jeremy and Keith are amazing! Highly recommend renting a storage unit here! They're very patient, kind and accommodating! Their customer service exceeds the likes of the bigger storage unit companies around. They listen to your needs and get you what you need! Best storage unit place around! We're so glad we chose to rent a unit here! Thank you Jeremy, Keith and anyone else behind the scenes of Cubes!

The experience was really awesome overall, both staff members were really knowledgeable. The process always seems like it could be confusing, but they both answered every question we had and made it super simple. My only regret is not storing my stuff here way sooner. 🙂 The prices and facility itself are wonderful, super clean and secure. Highly recommend!

Jeremy J. & Keith provided extraordinary customer services!!! Extremely friendly, helpful, & super nice. Cubes Self Storage in Covington is a very well maintained storage facility. Lots of cameras being monitored & recording. Recommend highly!!! Lil T.

Great customer service. Extremely clean facilities.Definitely the most secure storage facility I've rented from.b

Love these guys - always super helpful and friendly!

This has been such a great experience with this Cubes Storage store here in Covington! The staff, Jeremy & Keith are so exceptionally helpful & friendly. I love the fact they have a truck rental, super clean bathrooms, and the storage buildings are very clean as well as the grounds are also very clean. Great storage experience over all!

Jeremy and team are amazing! They helped us get set in our new unit and moving van when a house project came up and we needed to get our items stored quickly. Go see the staff at the Covington Cubes Self Storage, you won’t regret it.

Cube self storage has always been incredibly helpful and has made our moves easy as possible. Thank you!

Amazing guys in the office - clean storage, very secure & the use of the van is so helpful! Love the location, can't say enough good things about this place!

Absolutely couldn't say a single Bad thing about the Facility or Staff!! Highly recommend!

Jeremy is super helpful and went beyond to get me set up with the truck and storage. Everyone there is great.

Pros: very secure, heated, motion activated lights in individual units, free use of a box truck for move in! Con: a key pad is the only access method. (No key cards) You must enter a 10 character code: once to get into the parking area, a second time to access the lobby where the carts are located, a third time to access the elevator, a fourth time to return your cart and a fifth time to leave the premises.

I had a unit here for 5 months. This was my first time using self storage and I'm so glad I chose Cubes in Covington. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean facility, affordable, safe, and secure. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, our stuff feels secure and protected. That's all you can ask for. Highly recommend. 🙂

I needed a storage place quick and Jeremy really went above and beyond to help me out. He rented the unit out with my work and gave me a great tour and went over how everything worked. In a world where Customer Service has gone by the wayside, Jeremy renewed my faith in humanity by providing great service and just being an awesome person. The space is extremely secure and I do not feel scared about going there anytime between the open hours of access 5 am to 10 pm. Thank you Jeremy!!

Highly recommend, and so appreciate Jeremy and all of his help!

Helpful, friendly staff, very clean temperature controlled spaces

Great customer service. Never had to worry about our things over the entire year we stored our things there. Temperature controlled was awesome!

I would highly recommend this place. Kudo's to Jeremy and Andrew at this location. We really appreciate all their help!! Excellent customer service!

Feindly staff very helpful

I rented a unit from Cube in an emergency while making a long distance move. Andrew and Jeremy were wonderful to work with! Each of them were thoughtful, kind, courteous and professional every step of the way. Although I only needed the unit for less than 2 weeks, the free moving truck and friendly staff was worth everything. The units are clean, secure, and even with renting a second floor unit, I never felt inconvenienced in any way. I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you Jeremy and Andrew for everything!!

Great management! Easy to work with! The truck they have available is super convenient and I love all their security features! Jeremy & Andrew are super nice, they treat you right ??

I would recommend this place to everyone!!! There are so many good things I want to say I just don’t know where to start!!! I would like to start off with the stuff I had such an amazing experience with everyone I came in more than one day and each person was just as friendly and helpful as the last. I love how clean and well maintain everything was… I feel like my stuff is well secured and protected… don’t have to worry about leaks and mold…. I also received a special price on my unit!!!! And I know everyone loves saving money!! They also gave me a truck to use for four hours!!! I was really happy and appreciated EVERYTHING!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!

This place is amazing! Andrew was super professional and accommodating with everything, the units are clean spotless and they have a great security system. Overall I saved over $300 moving with the free truck rental and the savings on the unit itself. 10/10 would recommend! ?

Andrew helped me get a good location for my storage unit and made the sign up process easy. The website offered a discounted special rate for 2 months and honored it when I picked up keys. I also got to take advantage of their free truck to help move!

The staff is awesome and they make renting their truck super easy. The equipment is super clean and the staff super friendly! Thank you Cube Storage Covington

Great place to rent for your storage needs. Great people they will go above and beyond to help you with your needs. Stop by Cubes storage Covington before going anywhere else will you time and money.

I am so glad I chose Cubes for my storage needs. We sold our house and rented their 10x25 unit to fit all of the stuff that used to be in a 3-bedroom house. We chose Cubes over other storage facilities because we saw how secured their place was. You can’t enter the gate without a code. After entering the gate, you have to enter the code again to use the elevator. We rented the unit from June to November and we never had any issues. Andrew also provided exceptional customer service. He was always there for us. There was another guy but I forgot his name. He was also great! Everyone in that facility was nice and helpful. They were also flexible - we had to check out in the middle of the month and they let us pay just for the 2 weeks we went over instead of the whole month. I would definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommended! Thank you, Cubes!

They were super helpful and understanding when I had to push back my move out date. This team is seriously awesome and the facility is very clean and well kept.

This place is awesome. So friendly and clean. Easy to get into. I made an error when I was emptying my unit and they were super understanding and helpful. I wish they had a cubes where I am moving to.

I absolutely love Cubes Self Storage of Covington. The place is so neat and clean, safe, and secure. There are cameras all over the place! You need an access key code to get through the gate, as well as every door and the elevator. Climate controlled on top of everything else. Couldn’t ask for anymore. I was lucky enough to have Andrew help me set up a storage unit for me. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. In the middle of my move, I realized my original unit was going to be too small. I reached out to Andrew and he was more than happy to set me up in a larger unit. It worked out perfectly. He also set me up on auto-pay, so I don’t have to worry about paying the bill each month. Excellent customer service from Andrew! Thanks, Bob

So far very happy with them. A good place to keep your extra things.

Very Friendly and Helpful staff. Very new. Close to my home.

My dealings with Cubes, have been fantastic! First off I was surprised that they had the best price I found for a 10 X 20 unit, setup of the rental was painless. Andrew K is super helpful and works very hard to ensure that I am happy. I wholeheartedly recommend Cubes in Covington

This place is the best! The units are extremely clean, Love the fact that we can get a free moving truck to move our stuff in. The staff is amazing. They were very helpful and courteous. They made the process painless. The place is extremely secure and we are very happy that is climate-controlled.

I have 3 units at 3 different locations around the city. Cubes is by far the best. Best cameras/security, cleanest and best customer service. Andrew is a great guy who knows how to treat customers and makes us feel safe, important and informed.thanks

I needed a place for our things while we transitioned out of our rental (but didn’t have a new place to live yet). Cubes had the best deal (by far) on the 10x30 I needed. The staff was super helpful, thorough and explained every detail of their buildings, security, billing, and where to find things (restrooms, dolly carts, etc). The facility is super clean, secure, and easy in and out with a 16’ moving truck. The use of their own moving truck is really convenient, too!

Had a great experience today with jermery when I went to use there truck. Will be back and use t again

My wife and I are so glad to have a self-storage place nearby while remodeling a home we just moved into. The Covington location is easy to access. It is very secure and super clean. The kind and friendly staff has been really helpful and been great to us! No complaints from us.

These guys are awesome. I just stopped by to check it out and potential rent a unit. Super clean and secure units both employees there today were friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. Thank you Jeremy and Andrew for all your help today.

Excellent service! We recently moved from another local storage chain, and very glad we did. Very clean units, modern security upgrades, super friendly staff! Much happier here. Thank you everyone!

This storage unit is the cleanest, safest place I have ever stored at. MOREOVER, the professional, caring, folks who run the place are attentive, courteous, and caring. Personally, I never imagined taking the time to review a storage unit place but, being so throughly impressed-- I felt compelled. THEY WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!!!

We have used CUBES for a few months between moving and the customer service has been outstanding. The prices also are very reasonable. They do the best to meet your needs and the place is very clean! JEREMY has been very helpful in our process in finding what we needed... Definitely recommend and we’ll be back if needed storage again. Thank you Cubes at Covington
