Cubes has been great. We have had three units with them and the set up, maintenance, and clean out of each one has been flawless. I don't know how Cubes does it, but they actually make a storage facility a pleasant place to be 🙂 I would highly recommend their facilities to anyone looking to store and access their belongings or inventory in a safe and clean environment. Update: We had our items stored at the Cubes Cottonwood Heights facility for 7 years and they were in perfect condition when we cleared them out. Everything looked exactly the way it had when we packed it- no wear and tear from temperature, dust, or bugs/vermin. We are so glad we chose Cubes for our storage needs! Its also worth mentioning that the front office staff were always helpful, quick, and professional during our time storing at this facility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Staff is helpful, friendly, and great to interact with. This was definitely worth it!

This place is great!!! I have stored with this location multiple times over the years and will keep coming back. The facility is clean and secure. I have always taken advantage of their free moving truck, and love that they give you a price lock guarantee. I have dealt with Ashley since we first started renting back in 2014. I had just an amazingly good experience with this facility and its staff during an incredibly stressful move.I had just sold my house and all my worldly possessions were in a 40' container, to be off-loaded that morning into a storage locker in Cubes, Cottonwood Heights. I had made arrangements with Cubes beforehand, with Chris who understood what I needed and put it all together for me. Easy peasy!! However, I was on crutches on the day of the move-in, and it was with some trepidation that I arrived at the facility that morning, to find the truck with container already waiting there. Michelle arrived to open the Cubes office -- it turns out that Chris is out that day and she's actually the Business Manager; she knows nothing of the arrangements. And she then discovered that the Cubes computer system is out. Completely nonplussed by the situation, Michelle made it all happen -- figured out the units and whatever else, called another Cubes for computer system access, and then she went out to deal with my driver and my movers, getting them all set up while I sat inside, keeping my busted knee elevated. Impressive!! I've been a client of this Cubes facility for going on 10 years now (I had a smaller unit before my house sale), and I have always found them easy to reach and a pleasure to deal with. The facility is scrupulously clean, halls are wide and easy to maneuver, and it is climate controlled/temperature regulated. Chris is knowledgeable and very responsive. Michelle is impressive with her can-do attitude and unruffled good cheer. I highly recommend!!!

I went here while I was helping my sister move. It's nice. Air conditioned and they provide you with dollies to help you move your stuff. Also there's a large elevator for those who's storage units are on the upper levels. It's also very secure. A code is required each time you use the elevator.

Jay was really cooperative as I struggled with some time-sensitive logistical challenges. My stuff feels secure and in a good environment.

Only stored with them for three months, but they did everything I expected. Clean, convenient, competent staff, use of the truck, and a pro-rate on the last months rent with enough notice. Five stars. Bonus points for being close to the highway and Home Depot, both useful when moving.

Just moved out, but have to say they were great. Super friendly and easy to use. We ended up upgrading to a larger unit and that was no hassle at all. Parking gets a little tight around college move in and move out, but we always found a spot. The truck loan was also fast and easy to arrange for move in. If we ever have to store anything again we're absolutely coming back to Cubes.

I have been so happy to work with Rick, Mike, and Ashley over the last 3+ years. The Cubes team has been there every time I look for a clean, climate controlled, affordable unit for business or personal purpose. Currently I have 3 units and as always I feel totally safe in this facility even when I work on my stuff until late at night. Very convenience schedule (open weekends). My experience at Cubes cannot be better! They know very well their business, it’s easy for them to recognize your needs and are very prompt to assist you with the right unit size in order to cut out unnecessary space/ money. Even I have contacted them last minute for help like last Saturday and thankfully there was Mike to the rescue, showing really care for his tenants necessities. I really appreciate all the efforts The Cubes Team makes in order to make things happen. With their vast experience you know that you are in great hands and your important belongings too!

This is the best storage facility I have ever used! We moved here from Chicago, with the stress of already moving our entire house across country I was relieved when Mike made keeping my stuff safe while we were finding somewhere to live so easy! The facility is clean and Mike was very quick and make me feel at ease. I just moved out of Cubes but would use them again without hesitation!

This place is a bit pricey, but like they say "You get what you pay for." The security gives you a peace of mind. The place is always clean. There are handy carts for moving things in and out. We had a climate controlled unit and never had to worry about our belonging. And lastly, it is great that they have a moving truck to use for free when moving things into storage.

This is the second time I have used Cubes Self Storage Cottonwood Heights. The initial process to obtain a storage unit is simple and fast. The facility and grounds are well maintained. The units are clean and well lite. The office provides a wide variety of moving/storage supplies which are competitively priced. Rick and Ashley are informative, professional and friendly. I feel like they know their clients and keep a watch at the daily activity at the storage facility. I feel a sense of security and safety. The price I pay for the storage meets with the facility and benefits I receive from Rick and Ashley.

I have used Cubes for quite some time now. There facility is always well maintained and secure. I especially am grateful for the environmental controls they have in keeping the building cool in the summer and warm in the winter. On top of all of this they have camera surveillance throughout. If all you are looking for is the cheapest place in town, then there are plenty of other alternatives. However, if you are looking for a premium storage space at an affordable price then Cubes is the place for you.

I will be honest, I was a little nervous about storing my things in a unit (Wedding dress, pictures, snowboards etc). When I walked into Cubes and toured the facility with Rick, all of those fears went away. I love so many things about this place. They have top notch service and security. Plus who could complain about a free moving truck? About that moving truck... Let's just say I can't judge height very well and had a little accident.. Rick was great about assessing the damage. I paid for the damage I caused but definitely felt like I received the best end of the deal. These guys are spectacular and I would recommend them to anyone!

I have had a lot of storage units over the years, some good experiences, some bad. Cubes has been the best by far!! I wanted to keep my belongings better protected so I went to a few different storage facilities. I went to some where the people had no idea what size unit I would need or were just not easy to talk to. I had a lot of questions and Rick was very patient and understanding in answering them. Every time I go in or call the office, Rick or Ashley are always very polite and upbeat, they remember things about me and ask me questions, for example "How are the kids doing?". It means a lot that they take the time to know me and not treat me like just another storage number. This company offers a lot of services to help you move your stuff into the unit, and state-of-the-art security features. Wonderful company!!! Would never store with anyone else, I am a life-time customer!!

Very easy to get in and out. all my items were safe and well maintained throughout the cold and hot extreme temp's. In a nice clean welcoming facility. They have rollers carts to help you. Plus many other services I didn't need. My only sadness was that I didn't understand their move out policy and paid for a full month I didn't use at the end.

I want to give a thumbs up to the Cubes Storage folks on 3300 S in Millcreek. I have rented a storage unit there for the last 2 1/2 years. It is very clean and secure. Its a 4 story facility with most of the units indoors with the benefit of a much more controlled climate environment. It takes your unique access code to get in, to use the elevator, and to exit the facility. State of the art locks for the storage units too. I much appreciated that you can drive right in to a totally covered area so out of the elements, with carts waiting for you to use to take your "stuff" to or from you unit. The units are well lit with lots of sizes to choose from. They also have a truck you can rent for a low hourly fee as well to help you with your bigger moves to/from storage. The staff has always been helpful and easy with which to work. If I need to rent a storage unit again in the area, I will go straight back to them. High marks in my book.

BEST STORAGE UNIT IN THE VALLEY! Not only is it very clean, and your possessions are safe, there are no spiders, rats, mold, or other thing to plague your things. I had a storage unit here at the Millcreek place for about a year! Great customer service! Very knowledgeable and helpful with assistance with move in, stay and move out. I would highly recommend if you want a storage unit with great security for that peace of mind.

This was my first time using a storage unit during a move and it was a positive experience. It was nice to know our things were safe and secure. Trent helped us pick a unit and happened to be the attendant every time we were there. He was friendly and professional and helpful. The contract is pretty reasonable, especially considering it’s month-to-month and you have the opportunity to pro-rate when moving out. My advice: If you want to prorate when you move out, be on the safe side and tell them 4+ days before your billing cycle that you want to prorate because they need to know at least 3 days before your billing date.

Cubes is the best! I have had two separate units here for 3 years and they have always been, spotless clean, temperature controlled, easy to access, 100% secure. The management and service is wonderful and they have a moving truck you can rent onsite. I LOVE being able to use the moving cart provided and access my units anytime. When I first moved to Utah from Los Angeles, Cubes Self Storage was recommended to me by an acquaintance. Had a fantastic experience the first time, did not hesitate to use Cubes again! I knew the facility is secure and temperature controlled. I appreciated the covered loading/unloading area. No matter what the weather, I can easily move things in and out of the facility. Not to mention I feel safe alone in the late evenings as to enter the facility you must punch in a code at the gate. Once in the facility to gain access to any level in the elevator you must again punch in a code to your gain access to your unit and it will only transport you to your unit's floor. Huge piece of mind. In addition, if you are looking to downsize your unit to something smaller they make it easy and seamless. Overall great service and awesome facility!

I recently found out I am moving. And because it was the nearest to my home I started here. The gentleman that helped me was so kind and gracious spent over a half an hour with me, showing several units and different prices and even let me know that they had other units available at their sister location. Explained in detail how it worked. Amazing customer service to a potential customer. What I loved is everything is indoors so you're not trying to fight with the elements and your things will be safe. No spiders, no rats, pristine units/building, and state of the art security. Kind staff, and you can reserve their van! What more could someone want? As soon as I figure out the size I need I will be moving my things here.

I first had decided to go with another storage unit solely based on price, but after meeting the staff (who happened to be the owner), his straight forwardness about why their facility was the cleanest, most secure, and most convenient made it an easy decision. The hours are great, the facility is always tidy, and they're always playing a nice soundtrack over the PA system to keep me grooving during the late hours I've been at the unit.

Rick and his team have been great from day one. The hours are great and the building is very secure. The climate controlled storage is great. I was worried at first when we found our unit to be located on the top floor but that was never an issue. We moved units as we cleared out and only needed a smaller unit going forward. The switch was a breeze and took no time. Would definitely recommend to anyone. 10/10.

This is the nicest storage facility I've ever seen! Reasonably clean, nice staff, and they have every size you would ever need. The fact that a majority of the units are indoors and still easily accessible is impressive. If you are unsure, check the place out for yourself, it's nice!

Cube storage is the cleanest most secure storage facility we have ever used. Their staff is friendly, helpful and generous. Their is no other company that can compare to their quality.

I needed a storage unit that would protect my valuables from the elements. I didn't want to go to one of those outside, shady, chain link fence types of storage places where you know the owner was going to screw you over in some way or another. Cubes self Storage- Brickyard was absolutely perfect. When you walk into the front lobby you feel as if you have entered the wrong building. You think to yourself "surely this is not a storage rental place." I was then greeted by a kind, personable gentleman, named Rick. Rick was quite knowledgeable and put every concern I had to rest. Which is a pretty big deal because I had some pretty tough questions for the man, and I actually was not intending to decide on a storage unit facility that day, but Rick was so kind and helpful and the units were amazing. He didn't try to up-sale me to get a bigger unit, he took the time to make sure I was getting the exact size unit needed. The staff there really cares about their customers, the security is phenomenal, and Cubes Self Storage really does seem like a solid good company. I would even recommend them to the type of friends you see in the grocery store, where you see them and quickly decide that you need to go down the preparationH isle, as not to be seen by them. 😉 But in all seriousness, stop searching through all the other self storage places on google, and just pick Cubes! You will not regret it for a moment! Ask for Rick, too!!

This is the best personal storage location I have ever used. The facilities are clean and secure, offer convenient hours, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rest rooms are kept very clean. The heated and cooled storage units keep your stuff clean and undamaged. There is covered parking to allow you to load and unload even during inclement weather. I highly recommend this business location for your storage needs.

We did considerable internet searching for something near our son. Cubes was just right. We called just before the office was to close, and the staff re-booted the computer and got us all set up. When we arrived at the facility a few days later, staff was excellent; showed us 2 different units (could have seen more) and we picked on, filled out all the forms and were good to go. Great experience.

I needed a place last minute and Rob was awesome. He helped me out and explained how it all worked very smoothly. This place is awesome and for the money you get what you pay for. It costs more but it's ultra secure and I feel comfortable with my items there knowing it's unlikely they will get stolen. Rob helped me find a smaller unit quickly so I wouldn't waste my money too! Great facility and location, awesome staff. I recommend it!

If you ever need to store anything, store it here. The staff is so helpful and on top of things. Before my move in day they contacted me twice to make sure I had all the information I needed and answered any questions I had very quickly. Paying online was always super easy and the area is so secure that I never worried about my stored items. When it came time for me to move out they worked with me on a prorated rate for the few extra days I needed and were super accommodating when it came time to return my keys. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and if I ever need to store things in the future I will do it here.

Cubes offers a very clean facility. The staff was very helpful. A lot of storage units have rodent problems, not cubes. These units are very well built, clean and spacious. I would highly recommend them.

We had a unit there for over 3 years. The entire staff is very helpful. We recently moved out and were unable to be there. They supervised the move and were more than accommodating. I would defiantly use Cubes Self Storage at Brickyard again.

I went in today to tour the facility and ended up renting a unit! Mike was super helpful. He walked me through the place. It was clean, climate controled, and close to my house. A perfect match! No wierd spiders or critters are going to get into my stuff in this location. Fabulous!

Cubes has been just what we needed - an immediate and convenient storage facility for a condominium we had to empty fast once it was sold, and a second facility that we needed, again immediately, to move furniture from an assisted living facilty. The staff (Mike and Rick) were courteous, great at introducing us to the facility, and have answered any questions right away. Just an overall good experience, and I would definitely recommend them. We live across the country so Cubes provides a home-away-from-home for elderly relatives' furniture as they progress from condominium to assisted living to hospice. The price seemed about in the middle, and the temperature control and security and cleanliness are at a high standard. I'd never used a storage facility before, but this seems to be on the higher end in terms of quality.

Cubes Self Storage is so convenient. Mike has been so helpful and friendly. He has helped me get additional units and has excellent customer service skills! It is a pleasure coming to cubes and being greeted with pleasant people like Mike and doing business with such customer-service oriented staff. The use of the truck and all the carts to move things in and the security make cubes the best choice for storage! Super clean, smart design, great access and pleasant experience all around. I shopped around the area (South Salt Lake) for a storage unit and Cube Self Storage was the obvious choice in comparison to every other facility. The staff (Mike) was very professional and kind, he made sure that I had no questions and helped me find the best unit for my needs. The access to the truck is so nice, it is super clean and has plenty of space, it helps me a lot and saves me money. I have been so happy at cubes. I have always had a house and last year I ended up in a position where I was without my home and had to make a quick segue into a storage. I was so frustrated and tired. I have been so appreciative of how Mike has made me feel so comfortable as I have had to move around the storage units for different sizes of units and never complained for some of the times I brought my own frustrations, and yet Mike was always smiling and very helpful....making me feel like I still had a home...because of how I felt. Cubes self storage is a fantastic facility! The facility does a great job with several security measures to ensure everyone feels safe while there and that their units are safe. All the staff is very welcoming and Jason is so helpful with any questions or requests you may have. Cubes storage is also VERY clean and my unit stayed clean and dust free while being there. One major plus of this storage facility is the ability to rent their box truck, plus you get 4 hours complimentary just by having a storage unit with them! Definitely recommend using Cubes Self Storage!!

Cubes Self Storage in Kirkland is an amazing storage facility! We have been renters for one year and I am reminded every time I go to the building just how wonderful this place is. It is very clean, well maintained, well lit, extremely secure and very organized. I can always find a dolly or cart when I need one and feel safe when I am there. If you can't find the staff in the office, just walk around and you will come across them helping someone or cleaning. We have rented storage units in the past and nothing compares to the great experience we have had here. Jason, the manager, is extremely personable and professional. He and the other staff members are very attentive and friendly. We had a very complicated move out and they were extremely helpful and patient with us and our movers. They went above and beyond for us and I will be forever grateful to them. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Insulated and neat storage spaces Has good height compared to other storages Note Dont forget to take a measuring tape while you go in. We had a 10x10 (Its not exactly 10x10) It will be few inches less The prices may be comparitively similar or high than nearby storages but these are neat and secured There is a Storage van for 4 hrs free which is very good for moving. Its not like uhaul. Its like a upgraded rv with all features and is so neat and great. The elevator has a unique code which is great for security purposes

The past 4 years at Cubes was my best storage unit facility experience I've ever had. The place is immaculately well kept and clean. Parking is never a problem and is underneath a roof so rain isn't an issue. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility for anybody's storage needs.

The front office was friendly and efficient, the facility and my 5x10 locker were clean and easy to access, and the loaner truck was perfect for my needs. They also picked a great location for this Kirkland site—I won’t shop around next time I need storage space, I’ll just go straight back to this Cubes place.

I rented a 10x5 from cubes for 14 months, and a 5x5 for 4 months. Their customer service is top notch. The facility also feels very safe, secure, and well maintained. I visited several other local facilities, and while Cubes wasn't the cheapest, it was by far the best for me.

We love the clean, secure, and convenient location of Cubes, Kirkland. But more than that we love the super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Jeremy is a special joy to interact with! Cubes Storage is a fantastic, very safe, clean and easy to use facility. No matter what time I have come, I have always felt safe, I know my belongs are secure and are protected and it is very convenient for me to access what I need. We've now used Cubes twice, once when we moved to the area three years ago and starting again recently. Each time I've found them to be both friendly and professional and I'd highly recommend them. It's clear that they value repeat business and long-term business relationships. Their facility is also really clean, well-lit, and the automated access means you can go almost any time.

After visiting 2 storage facilities that did not meet expectations, I was able to connect in person with Tyler who patiently explained how Cubes facilities worked, then showed me the actual storage units in a couple different sizes. I was able to rent an open unit right away that met my needs, and the whole process took around 30 minutes from the time that I arrived. The following day I returned, and was able to secure the use of the moving truck for 4 hours (included as a one-time benefit for moving in) with the able assistance of Jeremy, who walked me through the process in short order, and was very helpful to us as we shuttled loads into the facility. In short, this has been an excellent experience; the facility is clean, secure, easily accessible, and cost competitive. The staff is friendly and very proactive in helping out with specific needs, and customer service is outstanding.

I don’t write many reviews but this place deserves one! The staff is professional, helpful very friendly. The storage spaces are clean and the covered area to unload your items is great. Security and location are fantastic. We recently downsized by half. The process of selecting our unit and signing up was incredibly easy in the midst of all the stress to get things taken care of. They also let us use their truck at no charge to move our things. Highly recommend Cubes Storage.

It was an all around great experience--a clean, well lighted place for stuff, super convenient location near 85th Street exit on I405, uniformly friendly and helpful staff and strong entry security. A few months ago, I decided to move to a storage location closer to my office in Kirkland. Since I did not have a recommendation for storage places, I started looking at the Google and Yelp reviews. Reviews for Cubes were generally positive, and when I did a price estimate for same size of storage space it came out to about half of what I was currently paying in Ballard. Not only are those good reasons to choose Cubes as a place to store your things, but the managers of the Kirkland location, Tyler and Jeremy, are always trying to find ways to help and make your life easier. When you drive up, if one of them is not busy helping a customer or fixing something, they will bring out a push cart next to your vehicle and greet you with a friendly hello! Not only that, let me tell you other ways they try to make your life easier. I originally submitted a request for a storage space online, and gave a date that I would be moving in. Of course this date changed, and so a few days before my original move date I received a friendly call from Tyler where I could let him know I was going to have to move about a week later. He said it wasn't a problem, if I needed a bit more they had the unit reserved. When I showed up to tour the location, Tyler had already selected a unit that was nearest to the elevator. I did not even need to ask for this. I had another change of plans on the day I was moving, and I needed to secure a second unit at the last minute, since I would only need the additional storage for a month or two. Jeremy was working that day, and even though it was really close to the time they were closing he was more then happy to help. Luckily I called him in advance, so he had already selected a unit close to my current one, and had some of the paperwork already written up with pricing! Since I was moving alone, he even helped hold the elevator for me! I cannot say enough good things about Cubes as a company or Tyler and Jeremy as managers. They far exceed any other storage company, and many other companies I have to deal with day to day, in how they treat their customers. I hope I never have to find a new storage location! The Kirkland location is fairly new and spectacularly clean as well.

We rented a storage for a month but needed a few additional days and they did it without any issue. In addition, the facility is super organized and clean. Way way less expensive than public storage with prices that don't change for the year. Covered parking and loading area for those rainy days. This is a brand new business in Kirkland so of course is clean and well cared for. Customer Service is the key to any business. At Cubes, Tyler and Jeremy will take very good care of you. They go out of their way to make sure we understand the entry procedures (we were a little slow in learning ) CHEERfully! There are a great variety of sizes (not always the case) the spaces are well lit and climate controlled. The prices are more reasonable than some of the older less cared for spaces we looked at. I am so happy we found them!

I've rented a lot of storage units in a lot of places. Most are fine, a few are bad. Then there's Cubes in Kirkland. They genuinely set the high bar. The facility is new, so that's already a plus; the units are very clean. The facility is climate controlled, which is great not just for my stuff but also for my comfort when I'm rummaging around in my unit in the winter. The large elevators make getting my stuff loaded in or out pretty easy, especially since they provide carts. The security systems is top notch, better than I have seen anywhere else. There are large parking spaces, many of which are covered. I would be very remiss if I did not mention the customer service. Tyler and his team are extremely helpful and courteous. I am confident that you'll have a good experience if you choose these guys for your storage needs.

Very friendly service and easy to use. I like that its all indoor storage and not just units that open to the street. Its also very handy that they provide dollys/carts for moving your boxes and a truck that you can rent for free. Especially since the price is comparable to other nearby storage units that don't offer all the extra features.

I love this storage company! They have been really amazing to me and family for keeping our things here since it opened and really helpfully if you need a smaller or big unit during the time. Christian has been one the main person that has always been there to help me in anything and has always been really good on communicating if something has happen and always always super friendly and cheerful! I strongly recommend this place! It always very clean and trustworthy!

Prices are great, people are wonderful, space is extremely clean, very spacious and pleasant with great music playing all the time! Never feel scared or unsafe even when I go to my unit any time day or night!

We searched out several storage places to help handle our business needs when COVID forced our office to close. The Draper Cubes team was 100% ready an willing to help us. The facility is secure and the staff offers some of the best customer service I have seen in Salt Lake County, period.

Clean, well maintained, temp controlled units. Property stays up to date. Safety measures taken to make sure your unit is secure and safe. Free use of their moving truck when moving in. Staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Communication was on point. The most pleasant experience we've ever had with a storage facility.

There is no storage facility quite like cubes. The units are extremely clean, secure and well managed. Christian at the Draper location is an all-star employee! We ship a number of things directly to our unit and they are carefully handled and properly put away. Would highly recommend!

Great storage facility, very clean, well kept, lots of available carts to use even when there are multiple people loading/unloading. Pricing was extremely reasonable. The lock for your unit is provided and security is very tight. If your unit is unlocked but your PIN to get into the building/use the elevator, was not entered an alarm will sound throughout the building. I'll definitely be using cube smart in the future if ever needed again. Only reason we canceled, was because we've moved across the valley and don't need a storage unit anymore. Which I should also add cancelation was so easy and instant - thanks Ben for your help & making the move out seamless and easy.

WOW. That’s all I’ve got to say. This place is by far the best I've ever been to. I had an issue with one of my units and they were so nice at resolving it as fast as they could. So happy to see a company so willing to genuinely help their consumers!

Totally have loved this place a lot. The employees are fantastic to work with. Very nice and polite. We worked with Ashley and she helped with whatever questions we had. The place was also clean which was a game changer from other places we looked at. I usually don’t do reviews but I had to for this one. Totally would recommend this place to everyone.
