Price Lock Guarantee

At Cubes, we set and meet our own high expectations on how we service you. This standard extends to our rental rate policies as well. We may never be the cheapest storage option you will find, but you will always have a transparent and fair rental rate for your unit. Our 1-year price lock guarantee means that:

  • Even if you were entitled to a special discount when you rent, your rate will not increase beyond the non-discount rate for at least 1-year.
  • We will not increase your rental rate beyond what a new customer pays during your first year.
  • Other than the discount you may have received when you rented your unit (expiring as stated), your rental rate will not increase for at least 1-full year.
