I've been a longtime tenant of Cubes in Kirkland. Their facility is top-notch with easy and secure access, and I've always found their staff to be friendly and helpful.

My roommate and I were having a hard time finding a storage unit that felt safe and secure, so I’m really glad we found Cube Storage in downtown Kirkland. The space feels secure, the climate-controlled units are great, and the people who helped me get my keys were kind, communicative, and easy to work with. I don’t regret choosing Cube Storage for my things at all, and I’d definitely recommend giving them a chance.

It’s about 2 years that I have a Storage unit at this location, I never forget how Mercedes was so welcoming and nice!! Angel and Mercedes are wonderful to work with, they do their best to make things happens, It’s a very safe Storage, with Codes and locks, and security cameras everywhere, Plus climate control system, They also have a free truck that we can reserve and use, ✨😊 I do recommend this Company to everyone specially Kirkland location to everyone!!

I highly recommend using Cubes Self Storage. The area is clean, secure, and easy to use. They have carts to use which I find extremely useful and convenient. A bonus too is their moving truck. It has been a good experience using Cubes.

I had a unit at Cubes in Kirkland for several years, and it was a great experience. I enjoyed the indoor aspect, never had issues with climate control, my stuff was kept safe and damage-free the whole time. There were periodic rent increases, but that’s standard and they always came with plenty of notice. Nice to have restrooms available, large flat bed push carts, and the truck! Would recommend.

I’ve stored my things at Cube Storage in Kirkland for two years and couldn’t be happier. The location is convenient with plenty of parking, including a covered garage that’s perfect on rainy days. The facility is always spotless and feels very safe, even at night, and I really appreciated the free truck rental when moving in. The staff are friendly, helpful, and make the whole experience easy. Highly recommend!

Cubes Self Storage in Kirkland is an excellent business. They are well run, and the staff (Mercedes and Angel) are so friendly and helpful. I love that the facility is temperature controlled, and it was the perfect option for us as we were selling our home and needed a place to store the clutter! To access your storage you are under cover which is fantastic for the Seattle/Kirkland area. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience renting and great moving truck for getting everything into storage. A couple of the most friendly people I have ever dealt with at any business. They were willing to walk me through everything, showed how rates barely increased over last few years, and help me when I failed to open the door right haha. Got a 10x10 unit. Love that it's elevated and climate controlled. Inspected the whole area and didn't see any signs of an ant let alone any more worrisome pests. Extremely secure and clean.

I had a rough experience using a storage place in Kirkland, so I sought out a new storage facility and Cubes was highly recommended. I can easily see why, the staff goes above and beyond to provide assistance, the space is great and very clean, and they offer truck use for when you’re moving in. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Our company rented a storage unit from Cubes in Kirkland for several years. We always found the front desk staff to be helpful and accommodating. The building itself is secure, clean, and well-lit. We had no problems at all in the years we had a unit and moving out was very smooth; they even let us use the truck for free for several hours! Would definitely recommend 10/10.

I love Cubes Storage in Kirkland. The people that work there, especially Angel and Mercedes are very nice and helpful. I had such a great experience with Angel today. I booked a storage unit at Public Storage and found it musty & moldy and had to quickly pivot with paid movers waiting on me. Not only was I able to great a much cleaner space, they have a loaner moving van as well so I was able to save $50+ on a uHaul. So grateful 💕💕

Was super happy with our decision to go with cubes when storing our stuff. The front desk was super helpful with any questions and accommodating any changes we had to our contract. The climate control made us feel good that our stuff would remain in good condition and they it super easy to move in. Also felt really secure. Highly recommend

Amazing! The two ladies at the front desk are incredible! I got my unit in less than half an hour with a tour of the facility and they let me use the box truck quick and easy! It’s climate controlled and very well lit, plus it is super clean and easy to access. It is way better than my old storage unit! I cannot rate it high enough!

This place is clean. The people are friendly. The free truck ( up to 8 hours use) is well maintained. Price was good and very organised.

Easy to use for staging as we moved and looked for new place to live. The temperature is kept comfortable thru the seasons so it wasn't as gross as other places like outdoor storage places. I packed a few boxes each week and dropped them off. Switching to a larger unit when I needed too was also easy.

Clean, staffed with very helpful and pleasant staff, easy access, free 4 hours of a moving van! What's not to love? ... a bit pricey, is the only drawback, but then, you get what you pay for. An update 8 mo. later: still very happy with this place. My stuff has remained very clean, it's very easy to access, and the supplies they sell for moving are excellent. 5 stars that keep on shining.

What makes a self-storage place awesome is clean, well-lit, accessible locations AND amazing customer service. We've found both at this Cube Storage location. The customer service is amazing - there are 2 members of staff there most times, and a huge moving van that you can borrow. The staff was particularly accommodating when we needed a van outside the typical move-in window when it's free. This shows this place appreciates that long term profit is an outcome of stellar focus on customer needs!

Cubes storage in kirkland - renting storage space here was a breeze. Customer service experience was exceptional. Mercedezz and Angel were professional and kind. As you walk in the office, you will notice the multiple camera angles from a large monitor - gives you peace of mind. The office was clean and there were ample moving supplies. The storage unit we rented was clean and was easy access to the entrance. The lock mechanism was robust - no padlocks. You are given 3 keys which is a plus. The hallways were clean and well lit. Elevators were huge and keypad access was intuitive and secure. There were dollies and carts available. Also, they gave us free use of the moving truck for 4 hours. We were able to see the space, pay our bill, and purchase supplies within 30 minutes. Thank you Mercedezz and Angel for taking care of us and our needs.

Mercedezz at Cubes self storage in Kirkland made my first time renting a storage unit an excellent experience. She patiently explained all storage options as well as a tour. This facility is super clean and has lots of security measures in place. They have multiple cameras, passcodes needed to access the elevators/building, lots of flat beds to help you move in/out and for me the best benefit was the use of a moving van for 4 hours for FREE. (License and car insurance needed) The office also sells a wide variety of moving supplies.

Have had such great experiences here- helpful, friendly, patient staff. Super secure and clean facilities in a nice area. Loading area is easy to navigate and covered from the rain. Moving is normally stressful, dealing with all the logistics is hard- but these people took burdens off my shoulders and put a smile on my face. I left lighter than when I went in. Highly recommend!

Went in a few days ago to rent an additional unit for my ever changing needs. Received a warm welcome from Adrienne and she didn’t hesitate to assist me. She even went as far as checking to see what internet specials were going and saved me 50% off my first month! All the employees I’ve encountered at Cubes in Kirkland are always happy to help. That coupled with the very convenient location is why I’ve stored with them for over 5 years.

I love the Cubes in Kirkland! I've had two units here and one in SLC for the past 7 years. I've never had an issue with them. The place is spotless and the staff is awesome! The location is perfect. Adrienne and Mercedezz are awesome, helpful and engaged. They keep the place spotless and help out any way they can. I rarely post reviews, but with service as it can be these days, these folks get my respect and appreciation.

These people are outstanding! Adrienne Jones and Mecedezz Rodgers went above and beyond to accommodate I and my wife's needs. The facility is clean and has a restroom, the parking lot has a covered loading and unloading areaa, which was great since it was hailing. We love the security features and hospital sized elevators (which made moving stuff with the carts easy!). There are lots of carts and provide a free moving truck!

We have used Cube Storage for the past year and have always found the staff courteous and helpful. We love the heated building interior, the secure facility, and all the cameras for surveillance. Cubes self storage is a fantastic facility! The facility does a great job with several security measures to ensure everyone feels safe while there and that their units are safe. All the staff is very welcoming and Jason is so helpful with any questions or requests you may have. Cubes storage is also VERY clean and my unit stayed clean and dust free while being there. One major plus of this storage facility is the ability to rent their box truck, plus you get 4 hours complimentary just by having a storage unit with them! Cubes Self Storage in Kirkland is an amazing storage facility! We have been renters for one year and I am reminded every time I go to the building just how wonderful this place is. It is very clean, well maintained, well lit, extremely secure and very organized. I can always find a dolly or cart when I need one and feel safe when I am there. If you can't find the staff in the office, just walk around and you will come across them helping someone or cleaning. We have rented storage units in the past and nothing compares to the great experience we have had here. Jason, the manager, is extremely personable and professional. He and the other staff members are very attentive and friendly. We had a very complicated move out and they were extremely helpful and patient with us and our movers. They went above and beyond for us and I will be forever grateful to them. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Insulated and neat storage spaces Has good height compared to other storages Note Dont forget to take a measuring tape while you go in. We had a 10x10 (Its not exactly 10x10) It will be few inches less The prices may be comparitively similar or high than nearby storages but these are neat and secured There is a Storage van for 4 hrs free which is very good for moving. Its not like uhaul. Its like a upgraded rv with all features and is so neat and great. The elevator has a unique code which is great for security purposes

The past 4 years at Cubes was my best storage unit facility experience I've ever had. The place is immaculately well kept and clean. Parking is never a problem and is underneath a roof so rain isn't an issue. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility for anybody's storage needs.

My experience with the Cubes Self Storage in Kirkland was flawless. The front office was friendly and efficient, the facility and my 5x10 locker were clean and easy to access, and the loaner truck was perfect for my needs. They also picked a great location for this Kirkland site—I won’t shop around next time I need storage space, I’ll just go straight back to this Cubes place.

I rented a 10x5 from cubes for 14 months, and a 5x5 for 4 months. Their customer service is top notch. The facility also feels very safe, secure, and well maintained. I visited several other local facilities, and while Cubes wasn't the cheapest, it was by far the best for me.

We love the clean, secure, and convenient location of Cubes, Kirkland. But more than that we love the super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Jeremy is a special joy to interact with! Cubes Storage is a fantastic, very safe, clean and easy to use facility. No matter what time I have come, I have always felt safe, I know my belongs are secure and are protected and it is very convenient for me to access what I need. Also the team who works here, especially Jeremy, are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I get the help and support I need. Would use them over and over again!!

We've now used Cubes twice, once when we moved to the area three years ago and starting again recently. Each time I've found them to be both friendly and professional and I'd highly recommend them. It's clear that they value repeat business and long-term business relationships. Their facility is also really clean, well-lit, and the automated access means you can go almost any time.

After visiting 2 storage facilities that did not meet expectations, I was able to connect in person with Tyler who patiently explained how Cubes facilities worked, then showed me the actual storage units in a couple different sizes. I was able to rent an open unit right away that met my needs, and the whole process took around 30 minutes from the time that I arrived. The following day I returned, and was able to secure the use of the moving truck for 4 hours (included as a one-time benefit for moving in) with the able assistance of Jeremy, who walked me through the process in short order, and was very helpful to us as we shuttled loads into the facility. In short, this has been an excellent experience; the facility is clean, secure, easily accessible, and cost competitive. The staff is friendly and very proactive in helping out with specific needs, and customer service is outstanding.

CUBE storage is the best! Clean facilities, long access hours, and lots of ammenedities that make a convienient location. Added bonus - the crew is incredibly professional. The staff is so helpful they create the feel of small town people in the city.

These guys were amazing from the beginning. Jeremy was extremely helpful and easy to work with. We had to extend our unit and they were totally cool about it. Clean and safe indoor units with music made it a better more productive move.

I don’t write many reviews but this place deserves one! The staff is professional, helpful very friendly. The storage spaces are clean and the covered area to unload your items is great. Security and location are fantastic. We recently downsized by half. The process of selecting our unit and signing up was incredibly easy in the midst of all the stress to get things taken care of. They also let us use their truck at no charge to move our things. Highly recommend Cubes Storage.

After a four month rental, I moved out of my unit today. It was an all around great experience--a clean, well lighted place for stuff, super convenient location near 85th Street exit on I405, uniformly friendly and helpful staff and strong entry security. The only thing is ... that there IS no other thing. Five boxes 📦📦📦📦📦

Covered loading area, super secure, climate control storage area, large elevators.

A few months ago, I decided to move to a storage location closer to my office in Kirkland. Since I did not have a recommendation for storage places, I started looking at the Google and Yelp reviews. Reviews for Cubes were generally positive, and when I did a price estimate for same size of storage space it came out to about half of what I was currently paying in Ballard. Not only are those good reasons to choose Cubes as a place to store your things, but the managers of the Kirkland location, Tyler and Jeremy, are always trying to find ways to help and make your life easier. When you drive up, if one of them is not busy helping a customer or fixing something, they will bring out a push cart next to your vehicle and greet you with a friendly hello! Not only that, let me tell you other ways they try to make your life easier. I originally submitted a request for a storage space online, and gave a date that I would be moving in. Of course this date changed, and so a few days before my original move date I received a friendly call from Tyler where I could let him know I was going to have to move about a week later. He said it wasn't a problem, if I needed a bit more they had the unit reserved. When I showed up to tour the location, Tyler had already selected a unit that was nearest to the elevator. I did not even need to ask for this. I had another change of plans on the day I was moving, and I needed to secure a second unit at the last minute, since I would only need the additional storage for a month or two. Jeremy was working that day, and even though it was really close to the time they were closing he was more then happy to help. Luckily I called him in advance, so he had already selected a unit close to my current one, and had some of the paperwork already written up with pricing! Since I was moving alone, he even helped hold the elevator for me! I cannot say enough good things about Cubes as a company or Tyler and Jeremy as managers. They far exceed any other storage company, and many other companies I have to deal with day to day, in how they treat their customers. I hope I never have to find a new storage location! The Kirkland location is fairly new and spectacularly clean as well.

This is the best self storage facility I've ever used. The staff is super friendly and flexible. They go out of the way to accommodate to our needs. We rented a storage for a month but needed a few additional days and they did it without any issue. In addition, the facility is super organized and clean. I would definitely recommend it for anymore who needs a nice indoor storage with easy access.

It’s also WAY cheaper than any other facility. To top it off, the people who work there are the best. Whenever I pull up, the gentlemen who is working the front desk, Jeremy, sees me coming and brings a cart over to me to see if I need one. Great service!

Way way less expensive than public storage with prices that don't change for the year. Covered parking and loading area for those rainy days. Inside has a great use of space and is climate controlled. Also the security is top notch, the staff are friendly and helpful, and there are restrooms, carts, and drinking fountain. This is a brand new business in Kirkland so of course is clean and well cared for. Customer Service is the key to any business. At Cubes, Tyler and Jeremy will take very good care of you. They go out of their way to make sure we understand the entry procedures (we were a little slow in learning ) CHEERfully! There are a great variety of sizes (not always the case) the spaces are well lit and climate controlled. The prices are more reasonable than some of the older less cared for spaces we looked at. I am so happy we found them!

I've rented a lot of storage units in a lot of places. Most are fine, a few are bad. Then there's Cubes in Kirkland. They genuinely set the high bar. The facility is new, so that's already a plus; the units are very clean. The facility is climate controlled, which is great not just for my stuff but also for my comfort when I'm rummaging around in my unit in the winter. The large elevators make getting my stuff loaded in or out pretty easy, especially since they provide carts. The security systems is top notch, better than I have seen anywhere else. There are large parking spaces, many of which are covered. I would be very remiss if I did not mention the customer service. Tyler and his team are extremely helpful and courteous. I am confident that you'll have a good experience if you choose these guys for your storage needs.

The rental experience is a pleasant one. Clean facility. Costs are comparable to other storage facilities. They also offer the use of a truck for a week after you sign a rental agreement. We also appreciate the on-site mgmt. They are friendly and are able to answer questions/concerns. We had to stop by yesterday to see about getting a bigger unit. Jeremy was very helpful and showed us a unit that fits our needs and is inside down the hall from the office. We feel safe being there and having our property there. The only problem we have encountered is in the evening. The lights inside automatically come on when it senses movement. However, they go off if you are inside your unit doing something and no movement detected after maybe 10 minutes. It would be nice if lights at the area we are at could stay on until we leave? It is kind of creepy when you are working and it goes dark without warning. Thanks!

The storage unit I’m moving out of is horrific where Cubes is luxury. Everything feels extremely secure, very clean, safe, well lit and well set up. The units appear perfect for if you have delicate things to store. It feels like they care that you have a positive experience. The moving truck on site that you can rent is super convenient. I love that they have frequent pest control because a large portion of my things have been destroyed at my old place by rats. The prices are reasonable and they’re accommodating about rental raises. Really appreciated the move in special since moving is going to cost me. The location is a little tricky to get in and out of during heavy traffic so avoid those times. The best part is Jeremy who manages the place. He is amazing! Such a super nice person and really bends over backwards to make sure everything is exactly how you’d like and you’re happy with every detail. Very thorough and runs a tight ship. It’s actually reassuring going there alone knowing he’s got his eye on things (another thing about my old place is not feeling safe when there and never knowing the staff or if they were even present). He’s a big part of why I felt really happy when I left after signing up about this next phase in life, knowing I picked the right place instead of the nightmare I’ve been dealing with. Unpacking my old unit and seeing how bad the damage is will be so hard but it helps knowing I’m transitioning to so much better. Pros: very secure, heated, motion activated lights in individual units, free use of a box truck for move in! Con: a key pad is the only access method. (No key cards) You must enter a 10 character code: once to get into the parking area, a second time to access the lobby where the carts are located, a third time to access the elevator, a fourth time to return your cart and a fifth time to leave the premises.

I had a unit here for 5 months. This was my first time using self storage and I'm so glad I chose Cubes in Covington. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean facility, affordable, safe, and secure. Highly recommended!

I rented a unit from Cube in an emergency while making a long distance move. Andrew and Jeremy were wonderful to work with! Each of them were thoughtful, kind, courteous and professional every step of the way. Although I only needed the unit for less than 2 weeks, the free moving truck and friendly staff was worth everything. I am so glad I chose Cubes for my storage needs. We sold our house and rented their 10x25 unit to fit all of the stuff that used to be in a 3-bedroom house. We chose Cubes over other storage facilities because we saw how secured their place was. You can’t enter the gate without a code. After entering the gate, you have to enter the code again to use the elevator. We rented the unit from June to November and we never had any issues. Andrew also provided exceptional customer service. He was always there for us. There was another guy but I forgot his name. He was also great! Everyone in that facility was nice and helpful. They were also flexible - we had to check out in the middle of the month and they let us pay just for the 2 weeks we went over instead of the whole month. I would definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommended! Thank you, Cubes!

I absolutely love Cubes Self Storage of Covington. The place is so neat and clean, safe, and secure. There are cameras all over the place! You need an access key code to get through the gate, as well as every door and the elevator. Climate controlled on top of everything else. Couldn’t ask for anymore. I was lucky enough to have Andrew help me set up a storage unit for me. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. In the middle of my move, I realized my original unit was going to be too small. I reached out to Andrew and he was more than happy to set me up in a larger unit. It worked out perfectly. He also set me up on auto-pay, so I don’t have to worry about paying the bill each month. I needed a place for our things while we transitioned out of our rental (but didn’t have a new place to live yet). Cubes had the best deal (by far) on the 10x30 I needed. The staff was super helpful, thorough and explained every detail of their buildings, security, billing, and where to find things (restrooms, dolly carts, etc). The facility is super clean, secure, and easy in and out with a 16’ moving truck. The use of their own moving truck is really convenient, too!
